PAYMENT

· LaryngealMaskAirway.net does not accept COD orders.
· LaryngealMaskAirway.net accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
· We do accept payment offline if you choose not to pay via credit card. Simply complete your order by choosing the pay offline option at the end of the order process. You will be instructed where to send payment after your order is complete. We will not process any order until payment is received unless you are on a contract with specific authorized credit by our accounting/finance department.

SHIPPING

Generally, we ship through UPS and UPS Worldwide. We reserve the right to ship through any carrier we deem necessary to fulfill the order in any manner we see fit.

Most orders are shipped with 36 hours. Orders submitted on weekends or American national holidays usually ship the next business day. If items are backordered, you will be notified by email within 24 hours of order submission.  We ship UPS Ground unless a special request is made for alternate shipping methods or times.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that the products will be in working, usable, and sterile condition when received. Defective items can be returned directly to LaryngealMaskAirway.net within 10 days from the delivery date, at LaryngealMaskAirway.net’s discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. We do accept returns for damaged merchandise. For your protection, we insure your shipment in case of loss or damage. If at the time of receipt, the merchandise is damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carriers delivery record in order for LaryngealMaskAirway.net to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify LaryngealMaskAirway.net immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify LaryngealMaskAirway.net of damaged goods within the first 24 HOURS of arrival or else this term is voided and we will not accept a return. Due to the complex and sterile nature of the products of LaryngealMaskAirway.net, a subsidiary of ZYBEC Corporation, we CANNOT accept any returns (unless described above). Therefore, we do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For further information not listed, please contact customer service. LaryngealMaskAirway.net reserves the right to authorize other product returns. If any product return is accepted (with the exceptions mentioned above), credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items and restocking fees may apply. You may contact customer service to explore this option.
